Cape Town Freediving

Cape Town Freediving teaches Pure Apnea adventure and sport programs, from introductory sessions through instructor training. Its recreational courses use Cape Town's reefs and kelp forests, while sport courses cover pool and depth disciplines. The school also runs Surf Apnea workshops for surfers and other rough-water athletes.
